In-app performance and Jira webhook issues
Resolved - The issue was caused by a Cloudflare connectivity incident (https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-incident-on-august-21-2025). Service has been restored and remains stable, and we continue to monitor with our provider.

Webhooks via Public API v1 are not getting updates
Resolved - The issue has been resolved. New notifications are being sent and a small backlog is being reprocessed.

Identified - Initial fix was able to mitigate unprocessed notifications momentarily, but we've identified downstream issues causing unprocessed webhook notifications to resurface. Will update this page again when more information is available.

Service disruption affecting workspace creation and Jira integration push
Resolved - The issue has been resolved. Prior workspaces that had not yet provisioned are now processed making them accessible. Pushing Productboard entities to Jira functions as expected.
